Holly Grove Joins Virtual Chat with England Lioness Lucy Staniforth!

As part of our Mental Health Week celebrations, Holly Grove joined over 500 schools across the country in a very special virtual event with none other than Lucy Staniforth, professional footballer for Aston Villa and the England Lionesses!

The event was hosted by The Virtual Soccer School and focused on the incredibly important topic of championing the mental health of the next generation. Lucy shared her own experiences as a top-level athlete, including how she looks after her mental wellbeing both on and off the pitch.

Our children were fascinated to hear Lucy’s inspiring stories and picked up some fantastic tips on how they can take care of their own mental health—whether it’s through talking to someone, staying active, or simply taking time to relax.

It was a brilliant and uplifting experience to be part of such a large, nationwide event. A huge thank you to Lucy and The Virtual Soccer School for helping us celebrate Mental Health Week in such a memorable way!
