As part of our Primitas World Book Week celebrations, all the primary academies across the Trust took part in a vibrant and creative classroom door decorating challenge. Each class chose a favourite book and transformed their door into a colourful, imaginative display inspired by the story.

The standard across the Trust was incredibly high, with every school showcasing wonderful creativity and a real love of reading. Mr Allman visited each academy to judge the entries and select one winner from every school.

We are delighted to announce that the winning door at Holly Grove is Mrs Carson’s class, with their bright yellow design themed around There’s a Monster in My Classroom. Their door was eye‑catching, fun and brilliantly brought the story to life.

Well done to Mrs Carson’s class, and well done to everyone who took part. The effort, imagination and teamwork shown across the school made this a truly joyful celebration of reading.
